Vacuum Casting Services

Perfect for low-volume production (10-50 pieces). Using silicone molds and polyurethane resins, we replicate the look and feel of injection-molded parts with fast turnaround in 7-10 days.

Process Overview

Vacuum casting is a replication process that uses silicone molds to produce high-quality polyurethane parts. It’s ideal for low-volume production and bridge tooling before mass production.

The process starts with a master pattern (often 3D printed or CNC machined). A silicone mold is cast around the master, then cut open and removed. Liquid polyurethane resin is poured into the cavity under vacuum, eliminating air bubbles and ensuring a flawless surface finish.

At Benovate Prototype Technology, we offer vacuum casting services with fast turnaround — typically 7-10 days from master to finished parts.
